Hosten Funeral Service, Inc. was founded in October 2007 by Clarence
A.B.Hosten a Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer. Clarence has been a
dedicated funeral professional for thirteen years.
Clarence is the son of Cuthbert A. Hosten of Victoria, St.Mark and
Catherine F. Hosten of Mt. Craven, St.Patrick, Grenada,W.I.
On December 22, 1995 Clarence graduated from Nassau Community
College, Garden City, NY with an Associates Degree in Mortuary
Science. Clarence later completed a one year internship at Benta’s
Funeral Home, Inc. the most prestigious black family owned firm in
Harlem, New York.
On September 7, 1999 Clarence was hired as a Licensed Funeral
Director at Benta’s Funeral Home, Inc. After nine years of faithful
and dedicated service, Clarence decided to venture out and start his
own business. |

Clarence is married to Anthea D. Hosten and is the
proud father of Ciedah F. Hosten.
