Rhoda C. Holder, 56, of Brooklyn, NY,
passed away on April 20, 2023,
peacefully in her sleep. She was born to
the late Daphne Gilbert and Kitchener
David on August 30, 1966, in Sauteurs,
St. Patrick’s, Grenada. Rhoda is survived by her five children: Ranasha Gilbert, in Grenada; Heidi Danila; Adrian and Aron Gilbert in USA; and Shelly Ann Gilbert, in England. She is survived by seven grandchildren: Mikael, Nathaniel, Dazzil, Sagon John, Skylar, Seydi-Ann and Khiara.
Rhoda has left behind nine sisters: Dora Jeffery, in Grenada; Ann Marie Gilbert, Wendy Gilbert, and Dinah Peters, in USA; Patrice Peters, in Trinidad; Ann, Louise, and Ann Marie Peters, in Grenada; and Loris Williams, in Canada. She has left behind six brothers: Dunstan and Elimus Gilbert, in USA; Carlton and Gregory Gilbert, and Matthew Williams, in Grenada; and Ronald Peters, in Canada. She has left behind aunts including Marilyn Young, in Grenada, Sally and Betty in the USA and, Editha Abraham in Trinidad. Lastly, she has left behind many nieces and nephews throughout Grenada, USA and Canada. Other relatives include the Gilbert family in Grenada, USA and Trinidad and the Gordon family in Grenada and USA, and the Ray family in Carriacou. |
