Chester Davis Alexander, AKA “Choko” of Cross Street and Glebe Street, Sauteues, St. Patricks, passed away in Brooklyn, New York, on September 27th, 2022, at the age of 73.
He was the husband of Mavis Alexander.
Father of Jester, Ernest, Arnold(deceased), Lystra and Melissa.
Grandfather of Alyssa, Caleb, Brieanna, Brandon, Trevon, Aamanee, Elyssa, Chiloh, Jeriah and Jelani.
Brother of Dennis (Comsie), Carson, Norma, Desmond, Doreen Philbert (deceased), Dion, Keith, Stephen, Betty, Ruth, Jermaine, Joycelyn, Floyd, Trevor, Lessie.
Uncle of many including Victor Philip, Michelle Philip-Mitchell, Sherma, Sasha, Stephan, Rashid, Dimi, Georgel, Jan, Melanie, Rodney, Sydney, Dianne. Many more in the U.K, Canada and Grenada too numerous to mention.
Nephew of: Verna Robinson, Earl Ratoo, Miriam and Roldon Philip, Aris Thomas and Ira Robertson.
Brother-in-law of: Erin Alexander, George Philbert, Sandra Philip, Patricia-Philip Alexander, Cicelyn, Pearl, Marita, Aulson and David.
His caregivers: Michelle, Tricia, Auntie Betty and Norella.
Cousin of many including Michael, Judith, Bonny, Lydon, Sandra, Antoinette, Nicole, Jennifer, Jillian, Helen, Jobey, Frederick, Angela, Maurice. Many more in Trinidad, Aruba, Canada and the U.S. Other relatives including the Robinsons, Sylvesters, Marks, Richards, Philips, Munroes and Philberts family. Close friend of Richard, Aubrey, Baker, Chico, Gordon, Moonaye and the crew in White Shop, not forgetting other friends and neighbors of Sauteurs and the St. Patrick’s R.C ex-students in New York and Grenada.
Funeral of the late Chester Davis Alexander will be held at the St.Patrick’s Anglican Church on October 27th, 2022 and interment will be at the Marli cemetery.
